Loved the fantastic decor and ambiance of the hotel. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to key areas, and the food was great.
The hotel had limited food options on the premises and the stairs posed a small challenge, especially with kids. the experience was exceptional.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the complimentary drinks and chocolates left in my room as a special touch. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the gym facilities were well-equipped and made my workouts enjoyable.
On the downside, the housekeeping staff lacked attention to detail, replacing used items with new ones unnecessarily. Furthermore, some staff members seemed untrained, resulting in mix-ups with my room service and delays in resolving issues.

We recently had an unforgettable experience staying at a hotel in the heart of historic Shanghai. the courtyard of the hotel consists of beautifully restored traditional Shikumen houses. Our room was well, equipped with excellent amenities and a comfortable bed and bathroom. the attentive staff provided excellent service from check, in to check, out. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the charming, peaceful ambiance of the courtyard which was a relaxing retreat from the bustling downtown area.
The parking situation could have been improved as guests were required to pay for parking.
